Hoodoo Hoedown was written by Sam Rizzetta and is on the CD "Dulcimer Fandango." It is played on a Carbon Fiber Extended Range Hammer Dulcimer. For info and sheet music, see: samrizzetta.com. Hoodoos are toadstool shaped rock formations created by erosion. The hoodoos pictured here are on the wild Upper Missouri River and Missouri Breaks in northern Montana. Lewis and Clark marveled at these formations and wrote about them in their journals.
